By accessing or playing For Clicks Sake (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

For Clicks Sake is a free-to-play browser-based game where players guess what clickbait headlines are actually about. The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

You may play without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Users under 13 may play anonymously but may not create an account. Users aged 13–17 may create an account with limited features. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game mechanics
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game
• Choose display names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Game or its content

Headlines displayed in the Game are sourced from publicly available news articles or generated for entertainment purposes. We do not endorse the content of any headline or original article. All trademarks and publication names belong to their respective owners.

The For Clicks Sake name, logo, visual design, game mechanics, and original code are our intellectual property. You may share your game results via the built-in share feature. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game without our permission.

Scores are calculated server-side and are final. We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts that we reasonably believe were achieved through cheating or exploitation. Leaderboard positions are not guaranteed and may be adjusted.

We aim to keep the Game available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
